The Swaggies Film Camp is a six-day film camp, providing immersive hands-on practical experience for Grade 11 and 12 students to produce films under the mentorship of industry practitioners and experienced Film Lecturers from Griffith Film School. Students learn skills in collaboration, storytelling and cultural safety.

The week begins with the final night showcase of the Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival. It continues for five days with participants using the latest industry gear to recreate scenes from some of Australia’s most celebrated films shot in and around Winton, including the Proposition, Mystery Road, The Tree, Total Control and Goldstone.
