Shannon has spent the last six years working across events and festivals, community development, and social work. She is passionate about building the capacity of communities through cultural participation.

Shannon first joined the Kolperi team in 2017 as an intern and acted as the Event Manager for the Kolperi Outback Filmmaking Bootcamp between 2018 – 2022. Within this time Shannon was involved as a Producer and Actor in Alumni films “Flat Hill” and “The Aussie”. In 2022 Shannon came on board as the Project Manager for Kolperi, developing Kolperi’s marketing, contributing to strategic development and logistics for all six of Kolperi’s programs. Shannon is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
